February 17th 2021 Storm Update:
Dear Sadler House Community Members,
We at Hayden Properties are so sorry for the disruption in your life, comfort, and safety. We know that you are missing essential services in your home and have questions about what is happening to fix the issues.
Please know that we are trying to restore your home to normal as quickly as possible. If your water is off, please be aware that this is to prevent further water intrusion on the property. Team members are attempting to come into work as safely as possible. We have contacted several contractors to aid in the restoration of our homes.
In the case that you have tried to reach us at our corporate office, please understand that there was an ice storm in Oregon as well, and we have not had our phones or internet restored as of yet. We are attempting to establish a hotline for your questions and concerns and will release that number on social media, email, and the website.
Please email us and we will return your questions quickly and thoroughly. While we recognize that heat, water, and power are necessities, we ask that you are as patient as you are able. Our team is dedicated to your safety and comfort and we will work to get things back to normal.
